Janet is an experienced health and welfare clinician, senior executive, company director and adjunct academic staff member. Janet is currently a Board member of the Victorian Institute of Forensic Mental Health and Children’s Protection Society.
Janet has significant experience in chairing Audit and Clinical Governance Committees and has been an active participant in many reviews of board performance both as a Director and Consultant.

Ivana has previously worked in the private sector as general manager in a large organisation ($3B turnover) responsible for expenditure of $1.5 billion. Leading the strategic procurement team Ivana worked across international businesses and demonstrated her ability to negotiate effective outcomes amongst a wide group of stakeholders. As a manager on a major organisational change project Ivana was responsible for identifying and delivering on opportunities to improve organisational results.
An experienced consultant and facilitator Ivana works with organisations in the public and private sector facilitating and developing business strategies and organisational development strategies with Boards, management teams and organisations.
Ivana works with organisations on major change initiatives confirming change objectives, how they link to strategy, and engaging people across the business to effect change and has a demonstrated record of achieving results.

For the past 15 years Jodie has been facilitating boards and CEO's of Not for Profit organisations to be strategic, and achieve their vision, in a vastly changing world. She works with boards and CEO's to help them devise and define their strategic direction; assisting them to conceive and develop short and long-term strategies that achieve organisational agendas and goals. She also assists them to redefine and redirect culture, change management and organisational identity to focus on their mission, and operate from a place of strategic awareness and insight.
Jodie joined Travellers Aid Australia as their Chief Executive Officer in 2006. She was appointed to the Victorian Council on Social Service (VCOSS) Board and is a member of Destination Melbourne's Visitability Taskforce, Victorian Tourism Industry Council's Transport and Tourism Policy committee, and the Public Transport Ombudsman's Stakeholder Consultative Committee. She previously worked for COTA (Council on the Ageing Victoria) and peak body, Tourism Alliance Victoria. Jodie is President of peak body for ER (Emergency Relief) Victoria.
Kate is a health and community services executive with extensive experience across the not for profit sector. She has demonstrated leadership expertise and capability, particularly during times of transformation, organisational development and reform. Kate has a keen interest in cross-sector integration and coordination to address complex social issues whilst utilising strategic planning, relationships and thinking to identify and drive organisational performance. Kate’s recent role as Deputy Chief Executive of Western Victoria PHN provides significant health sector knowledge, particularly the issues faced by rural and regional health organisations. Along with extensive communication and engagement skills, Kate has strong corporate and clinical governance experience, analysis and critical thinking capability and the ability to translate vision and process into practical application.

Robyn has over 15 years of experience coaching and supporting business leaders in best practice human resources across government, corporate and commercial industry both public and private. MBA qualified she has broadened this to include governance and is an accredited convenor with Governance Evaluator working in the community and local government space. Robyn understands the scope of change community service NFP organisations are currently experiencing and how good governance forms the platform for future success.
As a project manager working on large complex events in Europe, the Middle East and Australia Robyn has highly developed stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to build empathy and trust easily with her clients.
Commercially focused, Robyn is passionate about governance and working with businesses and individuals to operate effectively, strategically and operationally, to excel.
