Dr Elizabeth Mullins is the Principal of Mullins Health Consulting (MHC). She assists organisations to better manage their clinical risk by more effective engagement of clinical staff, data and systems. She assists with the review of clinical services, systems and review of clinical data; supports facilitation of change within the organisation; supports management of medico legal risk and education of staff in areas of medico legal and clinical risk management. She also provides strategic advice to improve effectiveness of teams to optimise clinical outcomes.

Janet’s experience of health and welfare services is grounded in a background of care delivery and has been elaborated in a variety of management, policy advisory, educative and governance roles.
The current focus on clinical governance reminds individual directors and boards that building transparent, professionally engaged and capable systems of care is at the heart of what all competent health and welfare organisations are tasked to achieve. Evidence of the successful operation of these systems of care is central to the task of providing effective governance in our sector. She has been privileged to have led and provided expertise to many organisations both as a senior executive, board member and consultant though a number of reform programs. She looks forward to working with Boards who are deeply interested in improving their performance through engagement with the Governance Evaluator platform.
Greg possesses accountancy, management and directorship qualifications. He is a Fellow Certified Practicing Accountant and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
During his professional career Greg has chaired a community health service and a catchment management authority and served as a director of VHA, the Victorian Country Football League (VCFL) and has served on the Victorian Quality Council. He is currently a director of Forensicare and is Chair of its Finance committee.
Greg is a firm believer in corporate and clinical responsibility and accountability, which is evidenced by the fact that during his time at Goulburn Valley Health the organisation won the Regional Health Service of the Year award and three successive Regional Quality of Care awards

Over the past decade, Alison has focused on the challenges of board governance. She has been involved in the development of innovative new approaches to healthcare governance such as the development of guidelines and resources for the internal audit of clinical areas. She is currently undertaking research as part of her PhD candidacy at the University of Melbourne to examine the characteristics of effective governance of healthcare quality in health services in Australia. This has given her the opportunity to explore in depth the challenges and successful approaches in the contemporary governance of healthcare. The research combined with extensive consultancy experience and of course experience as a board member, gives her the knowledge, skills and passion to work with organisations to explore areas for governance development.
Liat is an Australian healthcare consumer consultant, patient experience advisor, organiser of consumer representative group Health Consumers 2.0, and Director of national children’s charity. As a past Chair of the RCH Melbourne’s Family Advisory Council, she is an active proponent of Patient Centred Care and consumer collaboration as a means of improving patient outcomes, decreasing healthcare costs, and positively impacting on public health.
An associate of the Australian Institute for Patient and Family Centred Care, Liat’s personal areas of interest are the development of strategic stakeholder networks, the use of technology & innovation to improve population health & literacy, and challenging health services to create organisational cultures that recognise the value of co-productive practices between staff and end-users.
